I recently replaced the logic board on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (AT&T, SM-G395A), with a logic board from a T- Mobile device device (SM-G395T). Can I replace the t-mobile firmware (SM-G395T) with the at&t firmware SM-G395A) without any issues?
I have personally completed it successfully with Odin, but you need to make sure you have the correct files by matching your baseband version with the Samsung firmware’s baseband you need, or your calling function won’t work. Personally it’s easier to use the universal firmware rather than re lock it to another carrier. Hopefully that makes a little sense, but YouTube for stuff like this is more helpful, but it is very possible.
