I have a Razer Blade Stealth 12.5, and I just bought the Razer Blade RC30-0196 Battery since my original battery dies very fast. I replaced the battery and the system can detect the new battery, and charging is good. However, when I unplugged the power adapter, my laptop shut down immediately. I think this might be a software problem, but after reinstallation of battery driver it still didn;t work. Anyone knows how to solve this problem?
Hi @dx7676, You may have got a faulty battery. Create a battery report and check the Full Charge Capacity value versus the Design Capacity value. For a good battery they should be nearly the same values.
