System powers up but only get black screen. Turned on system power button lit up all I see on monitor his black screen. I have pulled off the back and unplug the battery to try to reset the System but no help any ideas
@rmaso321 start by attaching an external monitor and see what that displays. Should the image remain black, you may have trouble with your GPU circuitry on your motherboard. If the external monitor displays correctly you may have issues with your LCD or backlight circuitry. Let us know what exact model your Dell is.
