@osuji besides all the excellent points made by @jayeff you do want to disconnect everything from your TV’s inputs. Then unplug the set for a while pushing and holding the power button for a short while as well. After that. Connect one input source and start your TV. See if that changed anything. If none of the above worked you are possibly having an issue with the amp out for your TV. For that we would need to know the exact model.
