Hello, I have an LE32A456c2d samsung LCD TV. It is 10 years old and nowdays it switches automatically the source and the OSD menu pops up randomly and I cannot exit the menu and the remote controls does not work when this issue is happening. Would you please help me what could be the issue and how I can fix it? Thank you, Laszlo
szalaco could be a faulty Function/IR board. Check connector CN3002 on your main board and see if it is clean and properly connected. If it is I’d start by replacing that. Part number is Samsung BN96-07270D and the board number should be a BN41-00990A
