Hi, I have an old Samsung S3 which I have forgotten my Pin code to unlock it. I have tried the dr. fone but my pc couldn’t recognize my phone so I could only get so far with it. There are very important pictures on this phone that I need and I was wondering if I took the motherboard out and put it into another S3 that wasn’t locked, would I be able to retrieve these pictures ? if not any other suggestions on how to get into this phone to retrieve the data without losing it….I know I can factory reset to unlock it but that loses everything. Any help would be greatly appreciate, these pics are crucial for a legal case. thanking you all in advance, LizaJane
swapping the board into another phone wont help as its the board thats locked, as for the dr.fone try using a different computer to see if it will recognise your phone
