Switch Won T Boot Up But Pc Recognizes That Something Is Plugged In Nintendo Switch

I replaced my Nintendo switches motherboard, but when I try turning on the console, nothing. I tried plugging it into my pc to charge and the pc recognizes it as a device, but still nothing. I don’t know exactly where to start because I’ve replaced the lcd, motherboard, and battery. Any ideas?
