I have my s7 edge that I have smashed my screen on. I bought a second hand s7 edge to replace it but it turned out the IMIE is blocked so the phone is a brick. Can I take the logic board out of my old phone with the smashed screen and put it in the other phone.
yes, touch ID may not work unless you swap out the buttons (not 100% on that) but the logic board is what is bricked not the device. so yea the hardware is fine just swap out the board (also maybe the home button) and your good to go.
