Chosen Solution
I’ve tried the tape, solder, rubberband, flathead screwdriver method. nothing works and I’m getting desperate. I don’t have a screw extractor the two screws are full circles
What is the reason to open your iPhone ? Does the screw turns, that means that the legs from screen have broken and that the screws won’t come out (then you can lift the screen and work from the inside), or doesn’t it turn and it stick on it’s place? Have you tried super glue? If that doesn’t help then you have to drill it out.
I have had this issue on multiple occasions. Even after trying all of the things you have listed and more I have found a solution which is my go-to in situations like this and has gotten me out of sticky situations multiple times. You need to get the ifixit driver bit in a flathead size 1. I have tried so many other flathead bits without any success and this one seriously is a god sent! Even when it is completely rounded off, I have found this will remove any pentalobe with the right amount of pressure. Can be purchased here: Mako Driver Kit - 64 Precision Bits Good luck!
