Suddenly Turns To Black Screen And System Haulted Macbook Pro 13 Function Keys Late 2016

My MBP A1708, booting is okay, but some times(not the same, but 2~10 minutes) later the screen turns to black and haulted, nothing can be seen and not operating at all. Sometimes it changes the signal, looks like glitch as attached pictures.

After a few minitues later, it can be reboot. I’m just checked the voltage for the PP3V42_G3H = 2.42V, it should be 3.42V, is it correct? Anyway, let me know which part should I check the first? Thank you for your answer in advance.
