Chosen Solution
Ok I gotta admit this is a bit embarrassing but the screw was stripped so I put some superglue on the bottom hoping it will bond with screw driver and come out. It did not and screwdriver just came off leaving the screw where it was. I need the screw out so I can replace the LCD. Hope you guys can help me here because right now this is a 900$ paperweight. Thanks!
Ive always had success removing stripped screws with the tip of an xacto knife. Just use it like a screw driver and push the tip firmly into place
