Hi so my phone is stuck on the samsung screen but I dont want to reset it to a point that I lose my data like my photos etc. Please help?
Hi @Kadi, There are some troubleshooting that you can try out. Start with a soft reset/Power cycleTry a battery pullStart out by playing with Safe ModeTry out recovery software if file lost did happen . Hope this info helps.
