I have a new Samsung tab6 that couldn’t complete power on. The screen is stuck on the logo and won’t pass this stage. I pressed power with volume + and - and it restarted but still stuck at the same screen of Samsung. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
It seems like you have a defective phone and if you tried to reset it and it Still doesn’t work I would exchange it for another phone.
