When I tried to change the software to G4, it rebooted itself and is stuck and won’t pass the lg logo, it been like that since August, help?
Do you have a Custom Recovery or Factory? If former follow the directions to get into the recovery mode. From there restore the prior ROM. If latter do Hard Reset.
