Chosen Solution
When I turn on the phone it goes to the LG screen and doesn’t boot up any further than that. I tried to factory reset with the side buttons, but all it does is start the reset goes to the android screen for about 10 seconds and then goes back to the LG screen and stays there. Any ideas ?
If the battery is removable remove that. And try hard reset again. Otherwise try to get it connected to a computer and see if it is recognized on the PC. If it is then you usually can download software from the manufacture or a 3rd party to reset it. If its not getting seen on a computer most likely a hardware related issue in the phone
