my phone was dead i plugged in power in my truck it started up and is still showing blu bold like us on screen..what can i do to restart it?? thnx

Take battery out then reinstall press volume down and press power when the screen opens scroll down to format hard drive this will reset it unit I know cause I did it myself
I have this problem with a 4G let. I have tried what is described and have no results. Not sure where to go or what to do short of purchasing another phone. They all seem to have a short life span. Fred
