Chosen Solution

So I have a iPhone 5c here, and it is stuck in DFU mode. I have tried recovering it with itunes, it gets as far as a apple logo with a empty progress bar and then it just stays like that. I have let it sit overnight and it still is stuck on empty recovery bar. If I do any combination of buttons, like holding home button and plugging in, hard reset, enter DFU mode, it will always get stuck in DFU mode. I am very confuzzled at this point… please help. I have a computer at ready.

  2. Plug the phone which is in DFU mode in to iTunes • on PC, hold SHIFT+Click Restore, and select the firmware above • on Mac, hold Option+Click Restore, and select the firmware above If this still fails, try using 3uTools to update the firmware. http://www.3u.com/
