Yesterday I was playing a game on my ipad and all of a sudden the screen dimmed untill it was all black. I tried everything and it wouldnt turn on. This morning I tried again to see if it works and it turned on with a white and grey dead battery screen
Please let me know what is wrong with it and if theres anything I could do
You can follow some simple troubleshooting steps to help fix your device. This is most likely a software problem and should be easy to repair. Hard reset your iPad Mini 4 by holding down the power button and home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. Before doing this note that all data that has not been saved on the device will be lost such as an email that has not been sent or saved or a Microsoft Word document that has not been saved.If a hard reset doesn’t work, try doing a traditional power off to clear any bugs or glitches on the device. You might want to wait a few minutes before powering it back on.If it is still not working restore you iPad with a backup. Hope that helped!
