I have an Airties 4920 and it won’t work…..it is stuck in the booting position where it doesn’t boot or start blinking to show that it is booting…..only the power light is glowing in a constant way and will be stuck like this…..any help will be greatly appreciated…
Hi Try resetting the device by operating the reset button in the back of the device. Insert a straightened out paperclip in the small hole near the Ethernet ports in the back of the unit for 10 seconds to operate the button and then remove The LEDs in the front of the device will “shimmer” and the device should reboot back to factory default settings. It takes about 3-4 minutes to complete
