Hey everyone, Received a late 2009 Mac model 10,1 for a repair, the screen was disconnected but after reconnecting there are bars of pixels randomly coloured, looks like wall paper. See attached

Not good ;-{ You have proved the issue is within the GPU logic. I’m suspecting the VRAM chips need replacing. If you have a hot wok station you could try reflowing the chips with some fresh flux/solder and hope fo the best. Follow this guide iMac Intel 21.5" EMC 2308 Logic Board Replacement to take it out. Otherwise its time for a new logic board.
