Hi. I just bought a Galaxy Note 3, and seems to have an issue, basically, if the brightness is not on max, it shows this strange static on the screen.
Sometimes it doesn’t show, but that seems to be rare. Could this be a flex cable issue? Thanks Update 12/28/2022 Unfortunately, the screen is all black now, it started as a few purple spots to a completely non-functional screen.
Hi @overflowunt It may be a display problem. Does it do this when the charger is connected? Try using the phone in safe mode and check if the problem occurs. If it doesn’t then a downloaded app may be the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. Also try mirroring the screen and check the display on the external display.
