Paper was jammed and we cleared it out of all pieces and it still says jammed, really frustrated. What can we do??
Try to unplug it, leave it unplugged for like 5 minutes and then plug it back in. Sometimes it just needs a reset. If it doesn’t work, check to make sure paper still isnt jammed.
