Hello everybody, I have a Steam Deck, where it seems that the front case and the back case doesn’t fit perfectly together. This result in a clicking noise on the right side of the steam deck when holding it very tightly. The case doest seem to be very sturdy. As the official support cannot offer help as its not a functionality issue I would like to repair it myself. On what part cases do I have to focus when trying to fix that kind of problem. The spacers or isolation material? Thanks you very much.

Hi Here’s a full disassembly guide of the steam deck Steam Deck Front Shell Replacement As for what you should focus on ,I think it’s probably best to look into the shell/case as they have everything screw into them If you follow the guide through and successfully reassemble the device you should hopefully have a steam deck that fits nicely together Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
