How do I repair the clock radio so that it doesn’t turn on with static in the middle of the night? It turns on at randomly hours; no alarm, no radio, just static. I love the radio, purchased it in 1995 and I know it can work. Serial no: E1780393 There is a 4A sticker next to it. Any assistance is appreciated greatly.
I’ve been experiencing this same problem, and it got me grounded by my parents because I didn’t get up in the morning. I heard by unplugging it, pressing the time set button for 30 seconds to drain all power, and then waiting another 30 seconds before plugging it back in can fix it. I hope this helps.
