My SAeco has been cleaned to the best of my ability, having taken apart the brew unit. Still it only dispenses about 2 oz of coffee, no matter the setting, and then stops, and red light comes on. Never brews more than that amount. Reset is , start over, same result.

Hi this video might help you out or at least point you in the right direction. Vienna

hi have done every thing and its still not working

The Vienna doesn’t have a low water sensor on the water tank. It uses the flow meter to determine if it’s out of water. Try running test mode see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ng-zQurY… and see if your flow meter turbine is working correctly. If the red light comes on and stays on, then it’s probably this problem, the vienna thinks it’s out of water. You could also try to prime the pump after the red light is on by turning the knob on the right side of the machine to see if you get water. Another thing you could try is after turning on the machine, turn on the water knob to see if you get about 2 ounces of water then the red light goes on again. If that happens, it is likely the turbine flow meter that’s faulty. In this case, it could also be the controller board.
