Chosen Solution
I have a barely over 1 year old (just out of warranty of course) Whirlpool Gold model # WDT920SADM and have had trouble with the control panel off and on. Yesterday, it starting the wash cycle, stopped, when I pressed resume it flashed , now no lights will come on at all. I have tried the 123 sequence to reset no luck. I have turned the breaker on and off to try to reset the panel. No luck. Does anyone have the same problem? Whirlpool set up a service call, agreed to pay for parts since it is so new, but we have to pay for the service call and labor. I bought the top of their line dishwasher and am sorely disappointed in this. Thank you for any help you can give me.
I had this problem with a Kitchen Aid Dishwasher, I had to replace the keyboard. Check the power to the machine hasn’t come loose. If they are willing to send you parts, Start with the keyboard and then the circuit board.
