I purchased used iPhone 5s off the letgo app anss so far only setup an apple ID and fingerprint lock but because i guess someone tried to unlock it and I forgot the 8 digit lock code And now it disable the device and fingerprint lock. Unfortunately the person on thelet’s go app. Cannot be reached at all . Being that I dont want to back up Or reatore anything on the phone and i dont have access to or own a computer at all nor I didn’t sync it to iTunes. But i do know my apple id and password . Is there anyway I can completely erase the whole phone without restoring anything and starting from scratch. But not using a PC or itunes but using the devices gmhard key s ob the phone it self . Or not that my girlfriend has an iPhone 6 so mayne. I can remotely reset it without restore.
No. If it is disabled, you will have to find a computer with iTunes on it, plug it in and click restore and it will erase all data on the phone. To set it up again as long as it is married to YOUR icloud and you have Apple ID/password then you should be okay. There is no way to restore without a computer/iTunes to manipulate the device.
