My washing machine Washes the agitator works but when it comes to the spin cycle I have to have the lid open and hold down the agitator because if I don’t hold it down it makes a loud noise. So I have to be there holding down the agitator in order for it to finish the spin cycle without making noise what could it be
Hi @mrosymuniz , I would first check that the suspension springs are OK, maintaining the tub in the correct position. It could also be a worn drive coupling. If one of the parts is faulty the supplier shown in the link is only to give you an idea of where the parts are, how to replace them and what they may cost. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search online for the manufacturer’s part number only (shown on page) to get results
