I accidentally spilled some water into my MacBook, the first thing I did was turn it off, used a cloth to take all the outside water and disassembled the whole thing, the battery, motherboard, ram, hdd , etc. It seems none of it got to the motherboard or other components, the thing is I think some did get inside the keyboard. I placed the Mac next to a blowing fan but I’m not sure if this is the best option or for how long should it stay that way, please help! Thanks
You’ll need to wait for the water to evaporate. =To speed things up place the upper case shell on a warm window sill (be careful not to get it too hot either) a few days should do it. Then cross your fingers! Putting things back together. Other wise you’ll need to replace the keyboard or the uppercase, The uppercase is the easier repair.
