I have 4100 songs in my external storage. Today I tried to transfer them to my iPod, 30 GB. I selected them all and copied them to my iTunes library but only 4099 would copy. I have checked the extensions, they’re all in m4a or mp3. How do I find out the one song that won’t copy to the library? How do I fix it..? I’m really sorry about the vague language.
Check out a program called iExplorer (for Mac or Win). It will allow you to dig deep into the iPod and hopefully see everything that’s on it. That’s where I would start.
