When I receive a call, I cannot hear it through my ear or ear speaker unless I put the iphone on speaker mode.
Hi @hasfari Check your earpiece speaker mesh right next to the front camera for any dust or debris. This will often get clogged and need to be cleaned or replaced. You can use scotch tape to stick and pull away any surface dust. A small brush with a safe cleaning product such as 99% alcohol can be used to scrub any remaining dust.
