Hello, i have a problem with the 920 Loudspeaker (for music, ringtones etc.) The sound is extreme poor, at all loudness levels. I did a hard reset - nothing changed. No sound encancement/equeleizer activated. With headphone the sound is ok. So i disassembled the phone and changed the buzzer piece. Twice in the meantime. But nothing helped and i think the problem does not come from the buzzer. I made a video: http://youtu.be/S3RoDLib4vA Can somebody help me?
I don’t know how a Lumia 920 is supposed to sound, however I do know that Lumias in general have a very common problem with crappy speakers. Every Lumia I’ve fixed in the past 2-3months was a speaker issue. I don’t know what this “buzzer” is you are talking about, but if you have eliminated the possibility of software problems than the problem should be the external speaker.
