Great kit, great battery and great explanations. However, can someone please help, since I fixed the battery issue and reassembled everything, my space bar is not working anymore. It is stuck down, and does not want to come back up. Very annoying as you can imagine.
If you hold the system so the keys are hanging down (upside down) when you hit the space bar is it loose or tight? It should rattle a little bit.
Good evening, If the spacebar is stuck and won’t come up, you might have done something wrong on reassembly You could try disassembling and reassembling it again, but pay more attention to the parts around the spacebar. I don’t own a MacBook Pro unfortunately but in most cases the keyboard is a separate part of the laptop connected through a flat cable, so could you try and see if you positioned the keyboard/spacebar correctly so that the key isn’t blocked by the border around the keys?
