I’m adding a SSD to a 2015, 21.5" iMac. This system has only a Flash drive as it’s primary hard drive so Apple did not install a data or power cables for a SATA drive nor the rubberized caddy for a new drive so I’m trying to source these parts? Priority on the power cable. Any recommended vendors? Thanks!
I think that kit is for a 27 inch and, unfortunatly that interface cable is too short. I found a lot those kits and kits for 2011 iMacs but none for the 2015 model, so I opened this post. I did find all the pieces with this eBay auction here Thanks all for your suggestions. (Sorry to future users as I’m sure eBay will zap the auction listing)
