Just want to double check and see if anyone experienced the same issue. I believe it’s the power supply causing my Xbox to not function properly but not even sure if the internal power works the way I imagine it to. I’m uncertain if the entire motherboard is screwed but the sounds in the video come the power supply after receiving power.
Actually I suspect the PSU is fine, it sounds like the board is trying to draw power, but there is a short somewhere, the huge current triggered protection and it shuts down and retries in a few seconds. The sound is called inductor whine, it happens especially under high load.
It might be the HDD as well
