Hi, My Sony sound bar suddenly stopped receiving signal from the remote control. I have tested the remote control and it is working fine, so I am guessing I have an issue with the sound bar sensor. Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks
Hi, if you’ve verified that the remote control is sending the signals then perhaps the IR receiver or its connection is faulty (IC801 part # PNA4823M02S0 - example only - see p.61 of the service manual (also p.34 to see how it connects to the system controller) Hopefully this is of some help.
