Problem is that picture is very dark. Sound is ok. Tv channels and menu graphics all the same. Tried so far switch tv on and offplug/unplug antenna cabletried to increase brightness level in image settings Maybe capacitors should be changed? Power supply problem? Or maybe the problem is led backlight?
Hi @fabuseta This issue is 100% bad backlights. For a 32”, it won’t be all that difficult to go through the replacement process. I recommend taking the TV apart and getting the model number off the LED strips themselves to make sure you are ordering the correct ones. Here is a general guide on how to replace these strips.
