Chosen Solution
I use head phone to listen to TV. I have just replaced battery which wasn’t the problem. Headphones lose channel and reception is lost. All I can get is static. Sound is crystal clear for 3 - 5 minutes.
Maybe the audio jack is loose ,in the internal cable,and can’t keep up with the data rate of the voice passing through the cable.
