Here is a video of the problem. I have replaced every board to no avail. There is no visible screen damage. Pressing on the bottom ribbon cables does nothing. The tcon board makes a faint screeching noise when the lines are present on the screen. Thanks
@cometcaliente since you already replaced every board and the noise on the t-con board could point to a bad gate on the LCD driver board. That is the board where the T-con board connects to and has the ribbon cables that terminate inside the LCD screen on it. It is part of the panel and can not easily (if at all) be replaced by DIY’er.
