Chosen Solution
Hi all, My Sony KDL-52W5500 HDMI ports (all 4) stopped working. The tv can sense when a cable is connected (a little symbol appears when switching sources), but no picture or sound is coming through. I have:
- Tried different cables
- Tried different hdmi-sources
- Factory reset
- Unplugged the tv from the mains (worked for someone)
- Basically every suggestion I could find online. My question would be: if i were to change the board on the tv, which board would be the most likely one? Power board? Main board? Any suggestions?
