Hi, I have sony kdl-50r550a with backlight work fine and sound but no image. I change the t-board but does’t have image. I don’t know if I have to make and update or it’s to change the main board.
Hi @dannyxsoto12, Do you get an image when trying to view the menu screens? Here’s an image of the No Picture troubleshooting flowchart taken from the TV service manual which may be of some help to determine if it is a mainboard problem or hopefully not a panel fault.
