Sony 55 Tv Does Not Turn On And Led Light Does Not Light Sony Television

We checked the batteries in the remotes, checked the power source ,unplugged and re-plugged in the TV after 2 minutes and used the TV and power buttons on the back of the TV itself - no luck

After taking the back off the TV, do you see any leaky or bulged capacitors? I have attached a picture for reference.
