My small earring got stuck inside my MacBook vent and after that my MacBook turned off . What should I do?

You’ll need to try to remove it by carefully removing the fan assembly following this guide MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Mid 2014 Fan Replacement Part of the earring maybe jamming the fan which is why the fan is not able to cool your system shutting it down. If its visible through the fins: The trick here is to use a can of can’ed air to see if you can blow it out from the inside outwards hopefully its not jammed up. You might find a thin piano wire will sneak in-between the fins of the radiator so you can push it out or unjam it so the can’ed air is able to push it out. Do be careful! As you don’t want to damage the heatsink or its fins. Let us know if that worked.
