Sometimes laptop wont turn on and a green light where there is a padlock sign with number one appears. Why is this and what can I do to repair it?
This sounds like a hard drive problem. Have you heard any clicking sounds or strange slow behavior before it started doing this if so than it is the hard drive gone bad
