My phone’s current device says gray joy ZTE but it’s actually N9136 prestige ZTE then at times my phone will have their apps and phone info but they switch it back remotely they use my data and space storage I think they are listed as a guest or user on my phone
First, try this article on removing guest accounts. https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/… If you know your google account and password, I would suggest backing up your data and performing a factory reset if removing the guest account article doesn’t work.
