I dropped my keyboard face down and now the Y key is on the Z and some other keys type Greek characters. How can I get the total keyboard back to standard?
Have you tried removing the batteries for a few minutes and then reinserting them? Also maybe check the voltage to see if they are getting low while you have them out. Also read this thread… To replace battery on keyboard
Z and Y switched is a sign that you are on the German keyboard layout (not Greek), so the problem is most likely your computer settings, not your keyboard. Try WIN+ Space - that is the shortcut to change languages, sometimes hit accidentally. If that doesn’t work, go to the language menu and check things there.
