zebra GK420d printer indicator light flashes red and green and printer does not print is there a reset button or what would be the fault?
Error 8 Alternate Green Red FLASH memory is not programmed. Return the printer to an authorized reseller.
Error 9 Red and Red Green The printhead or motor has had a critical failure. Return the printer to an authorized reseller.

Thank you, with your help I was managed to repair my gk420d. Fixed the rfid lamp. Morten
