My display has a yellow line at the top of my screen I am wondering if I should do a battery replacement. This phone is my test phone I do test repairs on!
Hi Your LCD could be damaged but there’s a some things we can try to confirm that:-) 1)check for damage on the connectors (both board and screen)as if it’s damaged that can cause the display to display incorrectly 2)try cleaning the board and screen connectors with isopropyl alcohol and some cotton buds/Qtips 3)try reseating the connectors If the above returns the same results your LCD is most likely damaged and will need replaced Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
