The head of one of the tri-wing screws holding the battery in is stripped. I’m going to have to extract it, but it will need to be replaced. Any idea on where I can find one or if there is an alternate screw that can be used?
A third of the plastic screw hole tabs on these batteries are usually broken from my experience. I usually use a strong double sided tape and just stick them down. Apple obviously decided to make them non-removable and just glues them in now.
If you Google on ebay for triwing screws for 13" macbook pro battery, you will find several sellers.
