Hi, I’m facing an issue with my Xbox One. My Xbox won’t boot at all. It’s completely dead. Already replaced the Front Panel Board, but this didn’t resolved it. Tried with a working PSU, still no sign of life. Checked motherboard, everything looks fine so far I can see. Do you guys know what component could cause this ? I’m thinking about the motherboard. But maybe you guys know if there is anything else, which can cause this too ? And if I replace the motherboard, I know I need to replace the drive it’s PCB. But do I need to do any modification on the HDD ? Any help is appreciated!

Ik heb van een vriend een werkende adapter geprobeerd, helaas was dit niet het probleem. Ik heb het moederbord vervangen en nu werkt alles weer zoals het hoort. Het moederbord was dus stuk. I borrowed an working adapter from a friend, it didn’t worked. Replacing the motherboard resolved the issue.
Misschien de adapter?
